Westpac, one of Australia's largest banks, hosts Mechle.com's financial facilities and we would like to reassure all customers that these transactions are done over a secure server.

1. BPAY:

Mechle.com has a secure online merchant banking facility that enables our customers to pay for purchased item(s) from auction over a secure server. Mechle.com only accepts online payments from credit cards or direct bank transfers (BPAY). We do not accept cash or cheques.

BPAY is a convenient means of paying outstanding invoices via your own financial institution from your cheque, savings or credit card account. Payers can access the BPAY scheme either via phone banking or via PC banking as offered by the institution.

Mechle.com has a unique BPAY biller code in order to recognise our financial institution code when settling invoices. It is imperative that customers use their unique reference number, which is located on their Mechle.com invoices, as their BPay Reference number. Every customer only has one reference number, for example, reference number of customer 00000001 is 000000019. This is required in order to ensure that invoices can be tracked and reconciled by Mechle.com.

Whenever you shop with Mechle.com, your banking facility will automatically recognize our biller code, so in the future it makes shopping easier with Mechle.com.

BPAY payments are processed within the security of the banking system. The only parties who are authorised to have access to information about BPAY payments are the participating billers and financial institutions. Additionally, BPAY does not receive any identifying personal or individual account details at any point during the payment process.

Mechle.com also offers our customers for to pay for goods purchased via bank transfer or direct deposit. This is where our customers can enter the Mechle.com business banking details into their online banking facility, over the phone or at their local branch. Please ensure that at ALL TIMES the customer reference number/invoice number is added to the transfer form.
